Our dehydrated jackfruit is a ready-to-eat snack made from Jackfruits sourced from farmers in Karnataka that have been osmotically dehydrated to retain the nutrients of the fruits while increasing the shelf life.
One of the farms we take our fruits from belongs to a farmer who has won several awards for a special variety of jackfruit being grown by his family since generations.
The technology to dehydrate the fruits has been licensed from ICAR-IIHR, Bengaluru.
Our lab tests confirm that our Jackfruit is rich in Potassium, Vitamin C & other minerals.
The dehydrated fruits have been carefully packed and sealed in pouches that have been hand-stamped
- with love.

    How you can contribute:

A lot of effort goes behind growing food and then bringing it to our tables. We could all contribute to the food chain by reducing, reusing and recycling waste.

Some of the ways to reuse our pouches are as follows -

    • You could fill the empty pouch with a potting mix and plant seeds in them. Give them sunlight, water and lot of love to watch them grow into tiny seedlings.

    • The pouches could be used for craft purposes.

    • The pouches could be used for storing other products after use.
