About Our Shiitake...
Shiitake was one of the first mushrooms we started growing. Our shiitake is of an exceptional variety and is premium in nature.
Unlike common strains, our shiitake mushrooms are more challenging to grow, resulting in a limited yield. This exclusivity is reflected in their premium quality. We also harvest them at a young age which makes them more tender than other shiitake available in the market. We take almost six months to grow our shiitake. They are grown indoors, in very clean and hygienic conditions.
Our Premium Gourmet Shiitake Mushrooms feature exquisite, medium to large brown caps which often have distinctive white spots or cracks or edges. The caps range from light brown to dark brown and sometimes even almost black.
