Placing an order for Fresh Mushrooms-FAQs

1. How do I place an order for fresh mushrooms?  I live in Bangalore.

  • As of now, we are taking orders for fresh mushrooms on Whatsapp only on a first come first basis. You can join the group by clicking on the following link:

  • The group is only a broadcast group in which we announce a weekly harvest (sometimes biweekly).
  • You can directly message us your order after the broadcast.

 

 2. I have joined the whatsapp group. How do I place an order?

  Steps in brief:

  1. Join the group.
  2. Wait for the next harvest announcement.
  3. Directly message the admin with the following information:
      • Full Name
      • Full Address
      • Landmark
      • Order: Name of the produce plus quantity.
    4. We will revert with order confirmation and estimated day of delivery.

     

    3. Will there be delivery charges?

          Delivery Charges will be applicable. 

          • Delivery is done with the help of hyperlocal logistics services such as Swiggy Genie, Telyport, independent delivery partners etc.
          • The average charge of these services appear to be approx Rs. 16 to 18/Km.
          • The produce is dispatched from our office which is in North Bangalore. The address is Ground Floor, Dodda Bommasandra, No. 1, 3rd Main Road, Near Lavanya Provision Store, Deshabandu Nagar, Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka-560097

          • The distance can be checked with the help of google maps and the approx cost of delivery can be calculated accordingly. We try to reduce the cost by clubbing orders and so on. However, since the partners travel on two-wheelers and fresh produce require great care (otherwise they get damaged), the partners are unable to carry too many orders at the same time.

       

      4. How do I make the payment?
      Payment can be made online via wallets or mobile banking methods such as Gpay, PayTM or via NEFT/RTGS, once we share a bill copy and let you know the total amount. We will share the details with you once the order is confirmed.

       

      5. Can we order Online?

      • Currently we are taking orders on our website for products that have a relatively longer shelf life than fresh produce. You can order our snacks, rice and produce that do not require cold storage or immediate delivery through our website.
      • Mushrooms and other fresh produce are highly perishable. We endeavor to sell our produce to our customers on the day of harvest itself.
      • For harvest announcements, please join our whatsapp group and we will do our best to get the best quality fresh produce to your doorstep.

       

      6.How do I place an order for fresh mushrooms? I live outside Bangalore.
      • As of now, we are able to sell our fresh produce to Bangalore residents only.
      • However, you can place an order for our snacks, rice-based products, jaggery and so on, through our website www.greenapron.in.

       

      7. How do we initiate a refund/replacement request?

      We give a lot of importance to customer satisfaction and customer service at Green Apron.
