Umami Seasoning with Shiitake & Seaweed/Soup Stock Powder/Soup Broth Powder
Our umami seasoning has been developed after several trials and errors. This seasoning can be used to make soup stock or stock water for stir-fries, stews etc. It can also be used on pizzas, salads, in salad dressings, stews, stir-fries, noodles, sandwiches, wraps and so on.
The powder has the following ingredients-
Dried elm oyster mushroom, shiitake, king oyster, pink oyster, white oyster
Dried seaweed, garlic, sesame seeds, chilli, turmeric leaf, bamboo shoot, mace, leek, celery, raw mango, pepper & pink salt.
You can add 4 cups of water to one tablespoon of the powder, simmer it down to 1-2 cups and use the water as soup/broth/soup stock.
